The Payroll Division is responsible for making sure employee paychecks are processed accurately and on time. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For paychecks to be issued, employees must submit their timecards by the required deadlines and obtain supervisor approval. Please note that certain factors outside the Division’s control may also affect the timing or amount of a paycheck.
Questions about grade and step placement should be directed to Human Resources. For inquiries related to assignments or workload percentages, please contact your supervisor. If you have a special assignment, notice a missing assignment, or suspect any issue that may impact your pay, reach out to Human Resources and the Payroll Division for assistance in resolving the matter.
