Grace’s commitment to public service and advocacy is evident in the many roles she holds. She currently serves as a trustee on the Racine Public Library Board and the Prairie Lakes Library System, ensuring access to knowledge and resources for all. As a board member of Racine Unified, she works tirelessly to improve public education and create opportunities for students and families.

Her leadership extends beyond local governance-Grace is deeply involved in political and social advocacy. She is the Vice Chair for the Wisconsin Democratic Party Latino Caucus, First Vice Chair for the First Congressional District, Democratic Party, and the First Vice President and Political Chairperson for the NAACP- Racine Branch. In these roles, she champions policies that advance racial and social justice, amplify underrepresented voices, and promote equity and inclusion.

At the core of Grace’s work is a deep faith and commitment to service. As a born-again Christian, she draws strength from her values, ensuring that integrity, fairness, and compassion guide her leadership. Her passion for education, libraries, and community- building fuels her advocacy for expanding resources that uplift and empower residents.
